Okanagan's largest centralized green heating and cooling solution based on district energy system is being utilized for this Troika development. This new technology will reduce the demand on the province's energy supply and decrease greenhouse gas emissions.
 
Dockside Green, Victoria
Going well beyond the three green principles of reduce, reuse and recycle, Dockside Green is set to be North America’s first greenhouse gas neutral community. Helping it achieve that goal is the implementation of a biomass district energy system.

Terasen provides operational and maintenance activities of this natural gas distribution network to approximately 200 customers.
 
Oliver’s Landing
Terasen owns and operates this propane facility within this distribution network, as well as providing operational and maintenance activities for the system. Serving approximately 50 customers, Terasen also provides complete billing services.
